Perform Job Evaluations and Recommend Classification of New and Existing Positions
Prepare Job Descriptions for City positions
Conduct Internal and External Salary Equity Reviews
Maintain and ensure compliance with The City Pay Plans and Classification Listing (for Represented & Non-represented)
