The City of Memphis offers a vision plan option for you and your family through BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. It provides coverage for you and your eligible dependents for eye examinations, frames, lenses, contact lenses, and out-of-network reimbursement. Medical Plans do not cover a routine eye exam visit.
