“Let’s Rock ‘N’ Enroll! It’s Open Enrollment Time!”

This is the time of year when we encourage you to reevaluate your current and future benefits needs. This year’s enrollment is PASSIVE, which means that you are not required to re-enroll in your current City of Memphis benefits. Your current Benefits elections will roll over for 2025. Except for the Flexible Spending Accounts(FSA), full-time active employees must re-enroll annually for the FSA elections.

We are offering you several enrollment options: 

  1. Self-Service Enrollment – Click on the “Start Your Enrollment” button to be routed to the ORACLE Fusion self-service portal and complete your enrollments.

  2. By phone – Dial 901-636-6800, one of our team members will assist with your enrollment by phone.

  3. Appointment with a team member-Schedule an appointment with one of our team members who will call you and guide you through the enrollment process or complete the process for you.  Appointment schedules are available below.

  4. In PersonWe are accepting walk-ins at our 2714 Union Avenue, Ext 4th Floor Service Center. A Total Rewards team member will be ready to assist you between 8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. No Appointment is Needed!

We encourage you to access our self-service portal from Home, Work, or On the Go 24/7 by logging into your employee accounts designed just for your individual benefits. Take your time and read what the portal can offer you. See below for more details.

SICK LEAVE BANK

The Sick Leave Bank is a program that will grant paid sick leave to eligible employees who have exhausted their own sick leave and all other applicable paid time off. Put your unused sick leave to good use by donating it to help someone in need.
