BENEFITS FOR PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
Starting in 2023, the City of Memphis will pilot a program to offer access to the City’s Dental
and Vision plans to part-time employees who qualify. Eligible part-time employees will have
access to this voluntary coverage at the same premium rates as full-time employees.
Pursuant to BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee underwriting requirements for participation in
this pilot program, employees must meet the following criteria:
• Completed one year of service.
• Work an average of at least 20 hours per week, (1,040 hours of work within the calendar/fiscal year).
• Expect to continue to work at least 20 hours per week for the remainder of 2022 and in the enrolled
plan year (Calendar Year 2023).
We are offering you several enrollment options:
Self-Service Enrollment – Click on the “Start Your Enrollment” button to be routed to the ORACLE Fusion self-service portal and complete your enrollments.
By phone: Dial 901-636-6800, one of our team members will assist with your enrollment by phone.
Appointment with a team member-Schedule an appointment with one of our team members who will call you and guide you through the enrollment process or complete the process for you. Appointment schedules are available below.
