CITY OF MEMPHIS 2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT !

“Let’s Rock ‘N’ Enroll! It’s Open Enrollment Time!”

This is the time of year when we encourage you to reevaluate your current and future benefits needs. This year’s enrollment is PASSIVE, which means that you are not required to re-enroll in your current City of Memphis benefits. Your current Benefits elections will roll over for 2025. Except for the Flexible Spending Accounts(FSA), full-time active employees must re-enroll annually for the FSA elections. 

We are offering you several enrollment options: 

  1. Self-Service Enrollment: Click on the “Start Your Enrollment” button to be routed to the ORACLE Fusion self-service portal and complete your enrollments.

  2. By phone: Dial 901-636-6800, one of our team members will assist with your enrollment by phone.

  3. Appointment with a team member: Schedule an appointment with one of our team members who will call you and guide you through the enrollment process or complete the process for you. Review the appointment availability schedule by clicking on your employment status below.

  4. In-Person: We are accepting walk-ins at our 2714 Union Avenue, Ext 4th Floor Service Center location. A Total Rewards team member will be ready to assist you from 8:30-4:00 Monday-Friday. No Appointment is Needed!

FULL TIME EMPLOYEES

     October 7, 2024 – October 25, 2024

A regular, full-time employee is eligible to apply for all benefit packages offered by the City, such as Health Care Plans, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Disability Plans, etc. 

PART TIME EMPLOYEES

October 7, 2024 – October 25, 2024

Part-time employees are offered enrollment opportunities in the Dental, Vision, and STD(Short Term Disability) plan and the Death Benefits. 

RETIRED EMPLOYEES

   November 4, 2024 – November 22, 2024

Retiree Medical Eligibility

• Retirees who are currently on the City’s BlueCross Healthcare Plan
• Line of Duty Retirees
• Non-Medicare eligible participants (These are retirees that did not pay into Social Security
and do not qualify for Medicare.)
• Active commissioned fire, paramedics, and police and non-commissioned dispatchers and paramedics who were hired January 1, 2009 – June 30, 2016.
