This is the time of year when we encourage you to reevaluate your current and future benefits needs. This year’s enrollment is PASSIVE, which means that you are not required to re-enroll in your current City of Memphis benefits.
We are offering you several enrollment options:
Self-Service Enrollment – Click on the “Start Your Enrollment” button to be routed to the ORACLE Fusion self-service portal and complete your enrollments.
By phone: Dial 901-636-6800, one of our team members will assist with your enrollment by phone.
Appointment with a team member-Schedule an appointment with one of our team members who will call you and guide you through the enrollment process or complete the process for you. Appointment schedules are available below.
Walk-Ins – We are accepting walk-ins at our 2714 Union Avenue, Ext 4th Floor office. A Total Rewards team member will be ready to assist you. No Appointment is Needed!
