OPEN ENROLLMENT 2025 FOR RETIREES
“Let’s Rock ‘N’ Enroll! It’s Open Enrollment 2025 Time!”
This is the time of year when we encourage you to take some time to re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs. This year’s enrollment is PASSIVE, which means you are not required to re-enroll in your current Benefits elections! Your current Benefits elections will roll over for 2025.
We are offering several enrollment options:
Over the phone – Dial 901-636-6800, one of our team members will assist with your enrollment by phone.
Make an appointment online– Schedule an appointment with one of our team members who will call you and guide you through the enrollment process or complete the process for you.
Self-Enrollment – Log into ORACLE Fusion via the Total Rewards website to use the self-service portal.
In-Person – We are accepting walk-ins at our 2714 Union Avenue – 4th floor Service Center. A Total Rewards team member will be ready to assist you between 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday. No Appointment is Needed!

The City of Memphis Benefits Guide 2025 has been updated on pages 17 and 62 to reflect changes in service copay amounts. Please refer to the virtual benefits guide for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
