WELCOME TO 2022 OPEN ENROLLMENT !

ATTENTION:

DUE TO COVID-19 & SAFETY GUIDANCE, WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTING WALK-INS OR FACE TO FACE VISITS. ALL VISITS ARE BY PHONE OR THROUGH VIRTUAL COMMUNICATIONS.

It’s the Open Enrollment season! This is the time of year when we encourage you to take some time to re-evaluate your current and future benefits needs. This year’s enrollment is PASSIVE, this means that no action is required! You don’t have to do anything if you want to keep all of your benefit elections the same for 2022.  They will simply roll over, uninterrupted into the new year.  The only exception is to your Flexible Spending Account.  You must re-enroll annually in the Flexible Spending plans.  We are offering you two different enrollment options: You can enroll via the Self Service Portal or by phone appointments.

“The City of Memphis remains dedicated to building and investing in an environment of health and wellness that benefits you and your family. We are pleased with the number of instances where employees have taken advantage of the various programs offered and with you in mind, worked to put together a Total Rewards package that is externally competitive and internally equitable, as well as meaningful to you.”
